great baristas! almost always a line but it goes quick and the baristas are always friendly
I only give it a 3 because of the price. I can go home and make about 32 cups for the price of 2 cups at Starbucks. I could double my cups, but still I'd be at 16, instead of 2. I do enjoy the quality though. Service is always good. I'm just not a fan of the price.
I find it a bit too pricey if you purchase a great cup of coffee or tea and also ... a cookie, pie, cake , a roll up , what ever and plan on staying a while to chat with friends.
The last couple times they ha ent gotten my order right. I'm hoping it's just the holidays. Also... we shouldn't have to use a gift card to get points. App needs an overhaul.
